One of America's largest banks, JP Morgan, was the first among its competitors to join the metaverse. Thus, according to available data, the financial institution has become the owner of the so-called Metaverse waiting room in Decentraland.

"Putting aside the unnecessary and focusing on the essential, useful and beneficial is what we want JP Morgan to do," said Christine Moy, global head of Link, Crypto& the Metaverse.

To conclude, JP Morgan has calculated that by embracing the metaverse, the bank could generate about $1 trillion a year.
