According to the documents, McDonald's has applied for trademarks for its own virtual food and beverages, as well as "downloadable multimedia files containing artwork, text, audio and video files and NFT."  
 
In addition, the company has filed an application for its own intellectual property covering "entertainment services," specifically real and virtual concerts and events.  
 
One application is for "management of a virtual restaurant with real and virtual merchandise, management of an online virtual restaurant with home delivery."
