Americans are eager to protect their digital assets with trademarks.  

Last year their number reached 1,263, 421 times the amount registered in 2020. 

The vast majority of trademark applications fell in December - 407. 

Between August 2021 and January 2022, the number of applications rose by 552.17%.  

In January, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office received the highest number of applications ever - 450 (about 15 applications per day).
