Rapper Snoop Dogg revealed that the Death Row Records he bought the day before would become an "NFT label" and the signed artists are set to be involved within the metaverse.  

The artist joined in a conversation with fans on social networking site Clubhouse, where he shared the perspective of his new brainchild. 

 

"Just like we broke the industry when we were the first independent [label] to be major, I want to be the first major [label] in the metaverse," the musician said.
